Log in to your Team Manager or Head Coach Spring Far West Regional Account from the left hand side
Once in your account there is a section called Tournament Applications / Gaming Scoring.
Find your respective team and Click Schedules /Game Scoring on the right hand side

This will display the respective schedules.
For every Game that is allowed to be rescheduled there is a Reschedule game Button.
By clicking the Button you can start the reschedule process.
A window will appear Reschedule Game page showing
The first section shows the current game information which needs to be changed. The game schedule is not based on a virtual Venue and field and must be rescheduled.
The Original Schedule section:
This provides the Date, Time, Venue and Field information for the current game schedule.
All of the current information will need to be changed.
The game dates, Time, Venue(TBD=To be decided) and the field # are not real and need to be scheduled and agreed to by both teams.
The next section Requested Schedule is the section where you can define the suggested change to the schedule.
Once you have completed your request you can send the request by Clicking the Send Request Button.
By sending the request the system will email the opposing Team Manager and Head Coach and other members of the request.
The opposing Team Manager then needs to Log onto the system and go to the schedule for the respective Team.
On the schedule they will see, that the Game has a red message Reschedule in progress on the bottom left hand corner of the row for the game. On the right hand side is a View Reschedule History button the Team Manager can Click on the Button to respond to the request.
By clicking the View Reschedule History button you can respond to the request
By Accepting the request then the game will be:
Rescheduled by the system
An email confirming the reschedule will be sent by the system to both Team administrators.
By selecting Cannot reschedule:
By selecting this option then the reschedule becomes deadlocked and it will be up to the Far West Regional League Administrator to decide when the game will be rescheduled.
By selecting Send Alternate Reschedule:
This allows the Team Manger to send back an alternative suggestion to the reschedule to the opposing Team Manager.
The Team Manager can also add comments for the reschedule.
Both Team Managers can also view the history of the reschedule alternatives. Far West Region Administrator can also view the history progress of the reschedule.
The system will send emails informing of the reschedule alternatives to both Team Administrators.
